Prolouge

A ginger and black tom stood in gazing up at the stars.
A youger black she-cat came to join him.
"How is she?" The tom asked.
"Listen to you! You sound as if mom just got attacked!"
"Wing, answer the question." The tom said sternly
"She's fine!" Wing answerd.
"And the kits?"
"4 healthy-and might I say beautiful-kits." Wing said looking confident.
"Oh Wing, your mother and I are so proud of you!"
"Okay dad, don't get all mushy on me! And plus if you REALLY want to know how mom is doing, then go look for your self!"

The tom padded into the nursery.
"Silver? Are you awake?" The tom asked a silver tabby who was suckling 4 kits.
"Owl? Is that you." Silver asked.
"Yes its me. Have you thought of names for our kits yet?" Owl asked her.
Silver looked up at him, her green eyes beaming. "Of course. This one is Smoke Before Fire, he's the only tom," She pointed to a plump gray cat. "This one is Cloud Before Storm," Silver pointed with her tail, to a gray tabby with white paws, and underbelly.
"This one is Mist in Early Morning," She pointed to a calico she-cat with green eyes like her mother. "And this one," Silver pointed to a ginger she-cat that looked like a tiny version of Owl, "Is ginger pelt that Shimmers."
"They're beautiful." Owl said looking down on his newly kitted kits.
"Have Ice and Fern seen them yet?" Owl asked his mate. Fern,Ice, and the med.cat,Wing, were from Silver's first litter.
"Yes, they came earlier. Fern is convinced that Mist will be his To-Be, what do you think?"
"I think our son will make a wonderful mentor to Mist."
"When they become To-Be's I want to mentor Ginger." Silver said looking down on the ginger she-cat. "Theres just...somthing about her that....Oh what am I saying! They're all perfect."
Owl curled up next to Silver, and the two of them watched their kits suckle milk from Silver.
Unfortunately, this couple dosen't know that their 4 kits, would be some of the greatest tribe members that every lived.

Chapter1

"Please Silverstripe reconsider!"
"No Mother! If Owlclaw and I can't be together, we'll leave!"
"Oh yeah? And where are you going to go?"
"We don't know yet..."
"Silverstripe, you belong to RiverClan, and Owlclaw belongs to WindClan, plus there are many other toms here....Oh! Rippletail!"
"Mom no.."
"Rippletail would be perfect for you!"
"Mom! No! I love Owlclaw."
"Fine if want you to leave....leave!"
"What will you tell the Clan?"
"I'll tell them you died."
"How will I die? You know Mistystar is bound to ask."
"You fell off the waterfall. When they ask where your body was I'll just tell them I searched and searched but couldn't find you."
"Goodbye Leopardpelt....mother.....tell Thornfur I....goodbye."
"I love you darling!"
Leopardpelt watched as her daughter sprinted off into the distance, to be with her one true love.....Owlclaw

I remember the day I left RiverClan.
I had fallen in love with my childhood friend, Owlclaw.
I found out I was expecting his kits....so we left.
Owlclaw was a WindClan warrior, when he asked me
to run away with him, I agreed imediately.
It was just us for a while, until my belly was so big a could
barely walk. I bore 4 healthy kits. It was just me, Owlclaw, and the kits, until a group of tribe cats found us, and brought us back.
The leader,StarCaller, agreed to let us stay.
And then, disaster struck, my 4 beautiful kits, became 3 very sick kits. It was a dreadful time, I had lost a daughter, to the sickness.
One of my kits, who Owlclaw and I called Wingkit, had a wonderful sence of smell and sight, she saved the tribe's leader,StarCaller, from the sickness, and in return she let us stay.
We all changed our names, aswell, I became 'Silver Pelt That Shines' Owlclaw became 'Owl with sharp talons' our only daughter, Wingkit became "Wing of Eagle'
Icekit became 'Ice that melts' and Fernkit became 'Fern under Bush'.
We gained new positions too; I became a prey-hunter, Owl became the lead cave-garder, Ice became a prey-hunter, Fern became a cave-garder, and Wing became the med.cat.

Though we wern't born as tribe-cats, we certantly feel like we did.
After a few seasons with them, I was expecting my second litter, the night they were kitted, was a warm one-Thanks to the Tribe Of Endless Hunting-I bore 4 healthy kits, 3 she-cats and 1 tom.Wing, my daughter, helped me and did a wonderful job.

I do miss my mother,Leopardpelt, my father,Thornfur, and my siblings, Mosspelt, Hawkwing, Rippedpad, Patchfur, but I especially miss my best friend, Wildfur. She was always there for me, her and my mother were the only cats I told about my feelings for Owl.

Our ancestors known as, StarClan, are dead to us. We worship a different type of ancestors, The Tribe Of Endless Hunting.

Of course when my second litter was born, me,Owl, and the rest of the tribe, had no idea what would be expected from them, at least not untill, Wing told us the prophecy.
